Outside the main entrance there are bus stops close to the entrance, on both sides of the road taking you into Weymouth and Portland, There are also various other small shops and pubs a couple of bus stops (or a short walk) from the gate.

If you like seafood, you must try the award winning Crab House Cafe just outside Chesil Vista entrance, outside the entrance turn right and after the houses, after a few yards, turn right again on the dirt track and follow the signs, you may need to book well in advance (Online or Phone - Link Above) as it is a very popular place).

In Weymouth there is an Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Iceland, Tesco express, Poundland, Wilko, B&Q, the list goes on, all the usual shops but also lots of smaller shops selling unique and unusual things.
