Making a booking for our caravan assumes that you have read and agree to these conditions.
These conditions are normal common sense.
But for legal reasons we have to list them.

 

• No type of barbecue to be used inside the caravan or on/close to the Caravan or Decking (Someone once accidentally burned a hole in decking that cost a lot of money to repair)

• Do not smoke or use vapes inside the caravan, please be careful how you dispose of cigarettes etc

• Do not leave charging devices unattended (On very rare occasions devices on charge have been known to heat and up catch fire)

• Do not charge electric vehicles from the caravan power supply (The power supply is not built for it, it may cause damage)

• No pets allowed in the caravan (Due to allergies)

• If using the high chair or child’s table on carpet area, please use the carpet covers

• Please inform us ASAP if anything gets broken or damaged, (We then have some time to try and sort it out for the next guest)

• Damaged or broken items may be chargeable

• Arrival Day - Access from 2pm, collect keys from reception

• Leaving Day - by 10:30am

• Please leave the caravan in a clean & tidy state

• Lock the caravan and give keys back to Chesil Vista reception by 10:30am

• The times are to allow time for the cleaner to get the caravan ready for the next guest.

We will not share your information.

The only exceptions to this are:

-The Watersides Group, who need the information of who is allowed on the site

-The very rare occurrence that the information may be required for legal reasons.

As per General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES:

HIRE COSTS for our caravan DO NOT include Leisure Entertainment Passes,

You will be issued with your free Silver Pass by reception.

The passes this will allow you to use some of the facilities, including The Venue (Entertainments).

For the extra facilities (e.g. Swimming Pool, Sauna & Indoor Gym) you will need a Leisure Pass.

They can be purchased from the main reception on site (Prices below).

Passes are purchased per person.

Prices are correct as of AUG 2023

Adult (18+) = £5 per day or £25 per week

Child (4-17) = £4 per day or £20 per week

Infants (0-3) = Free

Because you can buy them daily means you only need to pay for the days you will use them, and for the individuals that will use them, thereby saving money.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN HIRE OF CARAVAN:

• Silver entertainment passes (Does not include Swimming Pool, Sauna & Indoor Gym)

• Quilts (double and single sizes also high and low tog rating quilts for warmer or cooler weather )

• Pillows

• Bedding (Beds will be made ready for your arrival, except for Sofa Bed - Bedding for this is under the other sofa)

• Tea Towels & Hand Towels Bath Towels

• Liquid Hand Soap

• Cutlery, Plates, Cups, Pans, utensils etc.

• WiFi, Gas, Electric & Water all in with the price

For families with young children - we also provide:

• Travel cot with quilt & bedding

• Basic non reclining pushchair

• High chair & carpet cover (please use cover if high chair is on carpet)

• 2 x Bed guards

• Child's recliner shower chair

• Child's toilet seat/step

• Changing mat

• A child size table with 2 small chairs for use on decking or indoors (please use cover if table is on carpet)

 

​Also supplied is a vacuum cleaner & other cleaning utensils inc. clothes drier/airer.

Chesil Beach Park have a car barrier for security purposes, We will need to know the registration of the vehicle/s you will be using to make sure the barrier will allow you through.

We will also need the full name, and address of the main guest plus age at time of break.

Also the full name and age at time of break of all other guests.

​

You will receive an email approximately 3-5 days before the start of your break, with details of the caravan, you will also be given details of the logon to the WiFi.

​

Please lock the caravan when you are not there.

Lost keys will create a charge (Taken from Deposit) for replacement of keys and locks.

Also before you leave at the end of your break (Leave by 10:30am),

please make sure you have everything belonging to your party,

If however you realize you have left something behind then let us know asap and we will do our best to reunite you with your property.

But please understand the return of your property is not guaranteed but we will do our best.

Check that all windows are closed and items are switched off,

Please make sure the door is locked and the keys are back with Chesil Beach reception.
